TMEM198

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM198 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM198-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCC1, MTG2, and CDS2. Each is linked with TMEM198 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM198-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM198 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM198→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM198) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
