TMEM196

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM196 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 689 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM196-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN5, CFHR5, and PRSS38. Each is linked with TMEM196 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM196-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM196 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM196 versus OPN5 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM196→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM196) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
