Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM190 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMEM190 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TMEM190 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM190 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TMEM190 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
