The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TMEM185A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM185A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TMEM185A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
