Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM184B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,111 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM184B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi transport vesicle coating, COPI coating of Golgi vesicle, and COPI-coated vesicle budding.
