TMEM182

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,075 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM182-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFB2M, TSN, and PNPT1. Each is linked with TMEM182 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM182-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM182 versus TFB2M in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM182→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
