TMEM182

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM182 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,386 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM182-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD52, SSH1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with TMEM182 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM182-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD52 grouped by TMEM182-low versus TMEM182-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM182→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
