TMEM181

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM181 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,533 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM181-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Regulation of monoatomic anion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TMEM181 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM181-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM181 results are reported.
