Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,485 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome duplication, Metanephric proximal tubule development, and Replication-born double-strand break repair via sister chromatid exchange. Each is linked with TMEM18 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM18-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM18 results are reported.
