The most reproducible TMEM177-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2_S928, KDM3B, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with TMEM177 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM177-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM177 results are reported.
