TMEM177

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM177 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,099 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM177-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT-CO3, NDUFB5, and RBBP4. Each is linked with TMEM177 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM177-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM177 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM177 versus MT-CO3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM177→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM177) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
