Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM177 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM177-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with TMEM177 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM177-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM177 results are reported.
