Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM176B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM176B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, ANKRD44, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with TMEM176B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM176B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM176B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM176B versus SASH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM176B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM176B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
