Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM176A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM176A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRHL2, DDO, and MIR126. Each is linked with TMEM176A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM176A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM176A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM176A versus GRHL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM176A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM176A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
