TMEM175

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM175 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,531 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM175-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4B, GSTM2, and JUP. Each is linked with TMEM175 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM175-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM175 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM175 versus EIF4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM175→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM175) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
