The most reproducible TMEM175-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosomal lumen pH elevation, Vacuole organization, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with TMEM175 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM175-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM175 results are reported.
