The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TMEM167B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM167B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and SKCM are the cancer types where TMEM167B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
