TMEM167A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM167A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,762 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM167A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, SCAMP1, and NUCB1. Each is linked with TMEM167A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM167A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM167A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM167A versus RASA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM167A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM167A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
