Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM167A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,299 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM167A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Positive regulation of rRNA processing, and Regulation of gene silencing by regulatory ncRNA. Each is linked with TMEM167A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM167A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM167A results are reported.
