TMEM165

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM165 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,780 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM165-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAE1, COLGALT1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with TMEM165 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM165-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM165 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM165 versus RAE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM165→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM165) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
