Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM165 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,940 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM165-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRD5A3, FGF14-AS2, and RGS9. Each is linked with TMEM165 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM165-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM165 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM165 versus SRD5A3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM165→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM165) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
