Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM165 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,820 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM165-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with TMEM165 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM165-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM165 results are reported.
