TMEM163

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM163 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,413 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM163-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LTA4H, HLA-DMB, and HMCN1. Each is linked with TMEM163 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM163-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM163 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM163 versus LTA4H in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM163→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM163) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
