Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM163 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM163-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, PHACTR1, and ATP8A1. Each is linked with TMEM163 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM163-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM163 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM163 versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM163→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM163) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
