TMEM158

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM158 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM158-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, DDAH1, and FKBP10. Each is linked with TMEM158 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM158-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM158 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM158 versus CRTAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM158→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
