TMEM158

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM158 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM158-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB3, CDV3P1, and SLCO1B1. Each is linked with TMEM158 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM158-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM158 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB3 grouped by TMEM158-low versus TMEM158-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM158→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
