Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM158 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,614 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM158-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, Keratinocyte development, and Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with TMEM158 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM158-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM158 results are reported.
