TMEM156

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM156 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM156-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FYB1, HCLS1, and LPXN. Each is linked with TMEM156 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM156-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM156 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM156 versus FYB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM156→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM156) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
