TMEM154

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM154 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,197 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM154-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WBP11, MSRA, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with TMEM154 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM154-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM154 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM154 versus WBP11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM154→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
