Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM154 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,317 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM154-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3CB, ORC4, and AKT3. Each is linked with TMEM154 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM154-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM154 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM154 versus PPP3CB in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM154→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
