The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TMEM150C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM150C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where TMEM150C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
