Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM150C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,022 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM150C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SVIL_S961, PPP1R12C, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with TMEM150C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM150C-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM150C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM150C versus SVIL_S961 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM150C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM150C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
