The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TMEM150B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM150B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, SCLC, and CHOL are the cancer types where TMEM150B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
