TMEM14B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, PRPF4B, and CDYL. Each is linked with TMEM14B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM14B versus WRNIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
