Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP234, RNY4P18, and SUMO2P2. Each is linked with TMEM14B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14B results are reported.
