Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with TMEM14B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14B results are reported.
