Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM14B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,239 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pigment cell differentiation, Positive regulation of pigment cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial calcium ion concentration. Each is linked with TMEM14B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14B results are reported.
