TMEM14A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAP1, PTPRC, and LRRC1. Each is linked with TMEM14A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM14A versus ACAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
