Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,785 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN13, ABCG1, and MAPK10. Each is linked with TMEM14A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM14A versus PTPN13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
