TMEM14A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02647, FAM197Y1, and MIR3158-1. Each is linked with TMEM14A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02647 grouped by TMEM14A-low versus TMEM14A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
