Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM144 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM144-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1B1, ABHD12, and SLC52A3. Each is linked with TMEM144 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM144-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM144 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM144 versus AP1B1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM144→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM144) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
