TMEM141

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM141 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM141-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR584, MIR6507, and SSTR5. Each is linked with TMEM141 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM141-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR584 grouped by TMEM141-low versus TMEM141-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM141→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
