TMEM140

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM140 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,327 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM140-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, IFIT3, and SAMD9L. Each is linked with TMEM140 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM140-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM140 versus GBP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM140→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
