TMEM138

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM138 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,694 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM138-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, UBXN1, and NXF1. Each is linked with TMEM138 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM138-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM138 versus CPSF7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM138→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
