TMEM138

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM138 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM138-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ40, BCAS2P3, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with TMEM138 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM138-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ40 grouped by TMEM138-low versus TMEM138-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM138→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
