Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM138 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM138-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, CAAX-box protein processing, and Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly. Each is linked with TMEM138 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM138-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM138 results are reported.
