Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM132D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM132D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK15, LYG1, and EQTN. Each is linked with TMEM132D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM132D-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM132D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLK15 grouped by TMEM132D-low versus TMEM132D-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM132D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM132D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
