The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TMEM132C mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM132C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
OV and UCEC are the cancer types where TMEM132C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
