Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM131L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM131L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, DRG1, and SEC13. Each is linked with TMEM131L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM131L-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM131L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by TMEM131L-low versus TMEM131L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM131L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM131L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
