Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM130 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMEM130 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TMEM130 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM130 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TMEM130 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
